May is spring cleaning month.  And it also marks the anniversary of our 10th year in business.  To celebrate, we want to give back to the community by offering free electronics recycling during the entire month.

You most certainly have some old electronics cluttering up your home.  Discarding these old or broken computers, printers, televisions and other devices is commonly referred to as e-waste. What’s the best way to discard e-waste?  Well, there is only one proper way: recycling.

During the month of May, CreativeTek and Keep Alliance Beautiful will make recycling easy.  Just bring your e-waste to CreativeTek during regular business hours and we will take care of the rest.  Additionally, for your privacy and security, we will offer data destruction so that no one down the recycling chain can recover files off your computers.

What is the cost?
Nothing.  This is a free service.  However, voluntary donations will be accepted for Keep Alliance Beautiful to help with their mission “to create
a clean and safe place to live and work for future generations.”

Where?
Bring your e-waste to CreativeTek at 307 Box Butte Avenue in Alliance.

When?
During the entire month of May 2018, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Are there any limitations?
The only limitation is weight.  We cannot accept any items weighing over 80 lbs.  We also ask that you please call ahead if you have somewhat heavy items like old laser printers.  We want to make sure our staff is ready to help you unload.
